Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of simsplan.com (the “Site”), operated by Statistics LLC (“SimsPlan,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Authorized retailer; no affiliation

SimsPlan is an independent authorized retailer of TV, internet, and home phone services. We are not a service provider, and this is not the official website of any provider. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those owners, except that we are an authorized independent retailer of the services we offer.

Services are provided by the carriers

Any TV, internet, home phone, or security service you order is provided, installed, and billed by the respective provider — not by Statistics LLC. We help you compare options and place orders. We are not responsible for provider service performance, installation, outages, equipment, or billing.

Pricing, speeds & availability

Prices, speeds, channel lineups, promotions, and availability shown on the Site are set by the providers, are subject to change without notice, may require a contract or qualifying bundle, and are not guaranteed. Any availability shown from a ZIP search is an estimate based on a provider's service area and is not a guarantee of service at your specific address. Final pricing, terms, and availability are confirmed by the provider at the time of order.

No cost to you

Comparing options and ordering through us is free — you pay the provider's price with no markup added by SimsPlan.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statistics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any provider's services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
